Year One are thoroughly enjoying our current topic Wriggle and Crawl! They have been hunting for bugs, learning about the importance of bees and pollination, as well as locating rainforests and identifying the different layers. See pictures below to find some photographs of your children! :)

We LOVED our trip to Warwick Castle, we saw battlements, climbed towers and got lost in a maze!

Welcome back ready to begin the next term!

Over the next few weeks we will be learning all about Castles, Towers and Tunnels . We shall be learning what it was like to live in castles as well as learning the story of Rapunzel, ready for our upcoming trip to Warwick Castle on Monday 3rd December.

In the Curriculum folder are all the relevant documents which will inform you as to what we will be covering in class up to Christmas, as well as the Homework project which was also sent home.

Please remember you regularly check our blog to keep up to date. PE days remain the same Tuesday and Thursday, please remember to remove earrings.

In Year One we  have had a great start to the year, we are enjoying our topic 'Muck, Mess and Mixtures' and have had lots of fun making a lot of mess  with paint, slime  and magic mud!
